Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions are issued by Humanise Group Ltd (“Humanise”), a company registered in England and Wales at Didsbury Business Centre, 137 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester, M20 2PW with registration number 06521058. Humanise Group Ltd trades as Humanise, MumPanel, and The Family Panel.
Humanise acts as the data controller for your personal data and is registered with the Information Commissioners Office to hold personal data. Information provided by you to Humanise, through signup forms, surveys, or other means is used for the purposes of research and innovation.
You will always be contacted by Humanise, or one of the Humanise brands: MumPanel or The Family Panel.
The Humanise Panel
When you sign up for Humanise, or we receive your information through a survey, we will ask for some basic information about you and will use this background information to choose samples of Humanise members (e.g. all women, with 2 or 3 children, aged between 25 and 35, living in the North West of England).
We will send you further surveys or correspondence by email. You should not expect a particular number of surveys in a given time period, and we reserve the right to exclude any person from surveys or projects on a one-off or permanent basis.
From information you provide when filling out surveys, we will add this to information we already hold about you and will use this for the purposes of further tailoring surveys to your interests. We may keep records as to how many surveys you have answered and of which type. We do this so we can try to send you the surveys you are most likely to answer.
We never pass your contact details on to any third parties unless we have specifically emailed you to request your participation in a project with one of our clients. If you receive an email requesting your participation in a project and we do not receive a response from you agreeing, your information will not be passed to any third parties. If we receive a response from you agreeing, your information will be supplied to our client for the purposes of that project only, and our client may contact you directly but may not pass your information to any other party.
When you register with Humanise, you agree that all information provided by you as part of your registration or in response to a survey is the exclusive property of Humanise.
The fact that you have registered with Humanise does not automatically mean that you will be selected to participate in any surveys or projects. Humanise reserves the right to adopt any selection process it wishes in choosing members for surveys.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you and for this to be updated with any amendments you request. To request a copy of your information, email lynne@humanisehq.com. We reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee for responding to data requests.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Humanise in respect of any and all claims, costs, losses, expenses and liabilities that Humanise may incur arising out of any information posted by you or any software you use in connection with posting such information or any unauthorised disclosure of confidential information by you.
